Klubet Studentore n\u00eb kolegji ton\u00eb jan\u00eb ngritur dhe nd\u00ebrtuar mbi baza akademike, q\u00ebllimi i funksionalizimit t\u00eb klubeve q\u00ebndron n\u00eb orientimin orientimin e studentit, p\u00ebrshtatjen e tij me jet\u00ebn studentore. Grupet q\u00eb merren me aktivitetet, ose t\u00eb quajtura \u2018klubet\u2019 synojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb organizimin dhe zhvillimin e aktiviteteve sociale t\u00eb student\u00ebve tan\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie nd\u00ebrpersonale dhe t\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e lidershipit.Klubet jan\u00eb t\u00eb krijuara nga student\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe t\u00eb mikqyrur nga zyra e karrier\u00ebs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Klubi i Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb, ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb motivoj dhe t\u00eb ofroj mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr student\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt inspirojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs.Klubi i Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient ku an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tij kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprojn\u00eb edhe me sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Student\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb klub angazhohen n\u00eb zhvillimin e nj\u00eb biznesi, duke punuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb biznes plan dhe faza finale \u00ebsht\u00eb hedhja n\u00eb treg e nj\u00eb startup-i. Klubi i Karrier\u00ebs, p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga student\u00ebt aktual dhe t\u00eb diplomuarit e kolegjit Dardania, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr tzhvillimin e njohurive t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb lidhje me tregun e pun\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebnit sa m\u00eb i\/e suksesshme n\u00eb t\u00eb. Aktivitetet e klubit t\u00eb karrier\u00ebs zakonisht jan\u00eb t\u00eb integruar me intervista pune, orientim dhe k\u00ebshillim nga ekspert\u00eb karriere, mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb zhvillimin e aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb lidershipit, mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb zhvillimin e shkatht\u00ebsive t\u00eb forta dhe t\u00eb buta.<\/p>
